CORE is the business management system. Your chapter provides the administration and operational functions for your activity, with shared business records and the right access for each person.

Each person signs in with their NUMA account and gets professional assistance within the business chapter. The business controls access and funds chapter usage. No separate OPS Pro subscription is needed, and none of the person’s five Pro workspaces is used.
Additional seat: €15/month. Extra seats share the existing allowance; extra usage is purchased separately.

A chapter is a package of business functions for your activity. Chapter subscriptions start from €149/month with five seats. The price depends on the selected chapter and its scope and complexity. These are chapter choices, not five modules bundled into every package.

We agree the supported functions, connections and configuration before activation. Additional chapters, custom development and migrations are scoped separately. Existing accounting, payment or booking services retain their own terms and fees.
How included CORE seats differ from OPS Pro
One account. Two kinds of professional access.
An OPS Pro subscription belongs to the person. A CORE seat is business-funded access inside a chapter. You can have both on the same login.

For example: a hotel employee
Use Private Free for your own life and an included CORE seat for hotel work. The hotel funds chapter usage. If you leave, your hotel access ends; your private account stays yours. A consultant with OPS Pro keeps all five owned workspaces when joining the same chapter.

Your chapter includes the CORE business application and its hosting. Your public website presents your business to customers and can connect to CORE. Website design, website hosting and a customer-service agent are separate services.

Customer-service usage has its own business budget, separate from staff AI allowance. The voice, model, telephone route, usage rate and maintenance scope are agreed in the proposal. An agent does not use a human seat.

Your chapter includes a pooled weekly AI allowance. We agree the quantity and consumption rates before activation; the administrator controls how staff use it.
- Included staff allowance resets weekly without accumulating. Extra seats share the existing pool.
- Purchased credits remain separate and survive weekly resets. Extra spending needs an authorised purchase or spending limit.
- Public website and phone conversations have a separate budget, so customer calls do not consume the staff allowance.
- If AI allowance runs out, records and ordinary manual work remain available. Personal allowances are never charged silently.
